What an amazing team, I worked very closely with Syede during the sale of my flat. To be honest they found me as I had enquiries several years before, they had someone that wanted a place in the area so he got in touch.I know there is a stigma regarding estate agents, these guys are different, conscientious of all parties, focusing on getting the best price whilst also considering all parties needs. Don’t get me wrong we had a couple of moments were there were misunderstanding but we openly talked about it and we resolved it collectively. Which is what you want someone you can be honest, upfront with and who you can trust will also be with you. There are so many moving pieces when it comes to a property sale.
I can’t recommend them enough, it’s not often you come across great service and someone with great pride in a job well done.

Syede was a pleasure to work with, professional, proactive and he always showed initiative in order to keep our flat sale process moving. The level of communication was great, we were always kept informed of any issues along the way. He managed to keep all parties involved on track and followed up on any queries in a timely manner.

Naturally this is a daunting experience for anyone, never mind a 87 year old but we could not have made a better choice with our estate agent. They explained every step, successfully managed expectations, and were honest and upfront with every aspect. Communication was BRILLIANT and no point did we feel like things were not in control from their end. Their focus is their client and producing the best results possible for them and it shows through and through. I would highly recommend Cole Hardign for any estate needs. Syede Cole managed to get us serious buyers to view the property, and nearly all of them made an offer, one of whom was just three days after the market opened following lockdown. Syede managed to get us the full asking price, and was very helpful throughout the process both in giving us advice and in negotiating with others in the chain for exchange and completion dates, which is unlikely to have happened if it were not for his perseverance.
